Responsibilities
The Director, Full Stack Engineering for Digital Acquisition is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database/API integrations, infrastructure management, DevSecOps, and automation. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Leads large scale technology modernization initiatives with a focus on digital experiences, acquisition and omni channel

Represents Digital Experience Solutions function in technology review forums

Devises technical solutions aligned to our business strategy providing direction and support to the engineering and operational teams that must deliver and support these solutions

Works closely with enterprise engineering and architecture teams to deliver digital experience solutions leveraging reusable experience components and APIs

Energizes, mentors, and guides the teams to see the possibilities in modern and innovative technologies

Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Marketing or a similar field
-
3 or more years of experience in enterprise software engineering or product leadership roles at leading-edge companies
-
2 or more years of experience implementing mission critical digital solutions leveraging cloud environments (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud), digital experience platforms (Adobe or Sitecore), omni channel platforms (Adobe Experience Manager or similar), and A/B testing tools (Adobe Target or similar)

Experience developing strategy, roadmaps, and appropriate technology choices staying up to date on industry trends, tools, and technologies while keeping innovation at the forefront

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and agile environment

Able to articulate and evangelize Digital Experience architecture patterns and best practices

Able to understand and apply enterprise-wide thinking to departmental and team goals

Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills

Broad understanding of Information Technology solutions including technologies, platforms, applications and capabilities
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

3 or more years of IT Management experience

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, leaders, and key stakeholders within an organization

Experience building a high performing team

Experience within the healthcare industry
